Vehicle Security

Dear Residents, 

The Aston and Newtown areas of Birmingham are experiencing a spike in vehicle crime(s).  Please ensure that you remove all valuables from your vehicle and do not leave Sat Navs, Dash Cameras / Phone Chargers / Christmas Presents or any other valuables in plain site. 

Make sure that you lock your vehicles and if you have a vehicle alarm please ensure you use it.  

When Parking your vehicle whilst out shopping, always try to park in a safe and secure Car Park with adequate lighting. 

If you see anyone acting suspiciously you can report it via 101 or WMP Online.  Alternatively you can call Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
